Heard Sri E.V.V.S.Ravikumar, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

2. In an appeal against the money decree, the appellate court granted stay of execution on condition of the revision petitioner depositing half of the decretal amount on or before 08.02.2016. This revision petition is filed either to set aside or to modify the order passed by the learned IV Additional District Judge, Kakinada. I do not find any valid grounds to modify the order passed by the lower appellate court.

3. Consequently, the civil revision petition is dismissed at the stage of admission. No order as to costs.
