HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P. No.5918 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard the counsel appearing for the parties.

The plaintiff is the revision petitioner and he challenges docket order dated 10.08.2018. The order overrules the objections on the admissibility of Family Arrangement dated 20.11.1969 and G.O.Ms.No.556 dated 17.12.2011.

The trial Court, in my considered view, has taken note of the objections and accepted the two documents and thereafter, allowed marking the documents subject to objections raised by the revision petitioner herein. After perusing the order except reiterating that the marking of the documents leaves open all the objections available in this behalf, I am of the view that the grievance of petitioner is substantially answered.

The CRP fails and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
