V. Suryanarayna v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.35141 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the order in D.Dis.No.1125/2014/D, dated 09.9.2016 issued by the second respondent as illegal and arbitrary.
2.
Sri M.A.K. Mukheer, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that he has given up his vakalat. The petitioner neither engaged a counsel nor appeared in person, even though the matter is listed before this Court on 24.4.2018 and 30.4.2018. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the writ petition.
3.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
