HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34585 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in not considering the application dated 04.06.2016 made through e-seva for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Ac.3.50 cents in D.No.160 of Nakarikallu Village and Mandal, Guntur District, inspite of specific orders passed by respondent Nos.2 and 3, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice. 2) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though an application was made on 04.06.2016, till date no pattadar pass books and title deeds were issued by the fourth respondent. 3) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 04.06.2016, if the same is made and still pending consideration.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
