HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 9437 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners, in the instant writ petition, seek the following relief:

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit the petitioners herein pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, declaring that the petitioners are entitled to remain and continue in permanent service of the 1st respondent corporation in accordance with the final allotment proceedings dated 13.11.

2015 and the options exercised by them to serve the 1st respondent corporation and thus they stood permanent allotted to the 1st respondent corporation and direct the 2nd respondent to relieve the petitioners so as to enable them to join the service of the 1st respondent corporation and direct the 1st respondent corporation to continue the petitioners as permanent employees without any disturbance to their service career and without subjecting them to any relieving orders again sending them to the 2nd respondent corporation and direct the 1st respondent corporation to allow the all attendance service benefits to the petitioners by treating them as permanent employees and grant such other relief as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case."

Sri P. Roy Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2 (APIIC), on instructions, submits that respondent No.2 is prepared to relieve the petitioners to enable them to join respondent No.1

(TSIIC).

Sri L. Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.1, on instructions, submits that respondent No.1 is prepared to allow the petitioners to join TSIIC, subject to the orders that will be passed in the review petition filed by some of the employees raising objections as to modalities worked out by the Corporation. Having regard to the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the following order will meet the ends of justice:

"Respondent No.2 shall relieve the petitioners within a period of one week from today. Respondent No.1 is directed to allow the petitioners to join/take charge within two days thereafter. Respondent No.1, as and when deal with the review petition made by some of the employees, is likely to pass any order adverse to the petitioners, they shall grant an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners also.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of." Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
