THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.34522 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) This Writ Petition is filed by three persons, who claim to be the members of the fourth respondent Co-operative Society. The plea is that a particular meeting for which notice was issued is not convened in terms of law. That event was to happen yesterday. 2.

According to the learned counsel for the Society, that event has happened.

The legality, propriety, regularity and other matters touching that meeting or any decision which is shown to have been taken in that meeting are justiciable in appropriate jurisdiction in accordance with law. That is not a matter for which this Writ Petition deserves to be entertained.

For the aforesaid reasons, this Writ Petition fails, and is dismissed in limine.
