THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14202 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking bail in connection with Crime No.133 of 2015 on the file of Allagadda Rural Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offence under Section 366(A) IPC.

Heard and perused the records.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he induced and eloped a girl aged about 17 years, who is the daughter of the complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a love affair between the petitioner and the victim girl and that on her own, the victim girl accompanied the petitioner herein.

In any event, considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail from15.11.2015 and the investigation is completed and charge sheet is also laid, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/accused shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Allagadda, Kurnool District. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 07.01.2016 Tsr
