The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 18.12.2014 passed in I.A No.313 of 2013 in O.P No.17 of 2010 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, at Kamareddy.

Heard both sides.

From the very say that there is an implead petition pending of the so called concubine of the petitioner in the divorce petition as a corespondent; in the event of its allowing by impleadment, it is left open to file fresh petition for DNA examination, which is not a bar by resjudicata, by giving such a liberty, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
