CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP 16500/2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce one Manthuri Narsimlu, S/o. Rajaiah ("the alleged detenu") before this Court and set him free.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the alleged detenu was formally arrested, produced before the jurisdictional Court, and was remanded to judicial custody. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
