ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 22.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19038 of 2018. Following the order dated 22.08.2019 in W.P.No.19038 of 2018, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation afresh within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds in accordance with the latest policy of the State Government and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter. It is needless to state that the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner afresh without being influenced by the earlier rejection order dated 6.11.2008. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
