06.02.2026 I.A.No.1 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.i of the order dated 10.12.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.15523 of 2025 which reads as under: "The petitioner/accused shall surrender before the Station House Officer, Bachupally Police Station, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, within two weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release him on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, for the like sum each."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.15523 of 2025 dated 10.12.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
