HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.10894 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.3, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.71 of 2015 of Shivampet Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C. Even though it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not directly participated in the crime and that he has only helped the other accused to screen the evidence, but, on a perusal of the record it is evident that all accused Nos.1 to 3 conspired together and accused No.1 caused injuries and accused Nos.2 and 3 have taken the body and put it in a gunny bag and disposed of the body.

Considering the said facts and circumstances and as the investigation is also at the early stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.3 at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
