HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29288 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking to quash the order dated 22.08.2016 in proceeding No.REF.No.B/10315/2016, passed by the 2nd respondent.

Heard both sides.

Admittedly, revision lies against the impugned order dated 22.08.2016 under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'). But, in the impugned order the 2nd respondent directed the 3rd respondent to report compliance in one week and the petitioner has received the impugned order on 25.08.2016. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to avail remedy under Section 9 of the Act, within two weeks from today and till then, there shall be interim suspension of the impugned order dated 22.08.2016 in proceedings No.REF.No.B/10315/2016. It is open for the petitioner to move stay application along with the revision and on such petition it is for the revisional authority to consider the same, without being influenced by this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. No order as to costs.
