This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in entertaining the application of the 4th respondent for implementation of the judgment dated 24.07.1978 passed in O.S.No.27 of 1978 as illegal and arbitrary. The grievance of the petitioner that he filed objections to the application filed by the 4th respondent before the 3rd respondent for rectification of entries in terms of judgment dated 24.07.1978 in O.S.No.27 of 1978. But it is the apprehension of the petitioner that without considering the objections raised by the petitioner, application filed by the 4th respondent will be disposed of by the 3rd respondent.

As on today, no order is passed by the 3rd respondent on the application of the 4th respondent and only an apprehension, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

In view of above, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Since it is stated that the petitioner filed objections to the application filed by the 4th respondent, there is no reason why the 3rd respondent will not consider the same.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
