Heard.

The primary grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that though she has succeeded in W.P.No.22060 of 2013, dated 25-07-2013 as well as W.A.No.556 of 2014, dated 25-03-2014, the 2nd respondent vide letter dated 02-02-2014 directed the registration authorities not to entertain any transactions pertaining to land/building in Sy.No.173 admeasuring 0.97 cents of Madanapalle Village and Mandal, Chittoor District, till the appeal is disposed of by this Court. The said letter of the 2nd respondent, dated 02-022014 is filed as Ex.P-2 and the order in the Writ Appeal, referred to above, is also produced as Ex.P-7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said appeal was disposed of long back, as such as on today, the direction of the 2nd respondent not to entertain registration cannot remain in force in view of disposal of Writ Appeal in favour of the petitioner. He also submits that following the directions of the learned Single Judge as confirmed in Writ Appeal, the classification of the land has been changed and the name of the petitioner is already recorded in the revenue records. In spite of that, her grievance is that the 5th respondent is not entertaining registration based on the communication of the 2nd respondent, dated 02-02-2014. Learned Government Pleader submits that though the writ appeal appears to have been disposed of, two other cases viz., A.S.Nos.2127 and 1331 of 2013 are pending before this Court.

However, on verification, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said appeals are not relevant and do not relate to the issue in question. In any case, the letter of the 2nd respondent, as referred to above, is no

more relevant in view of disposal of Writ Appeal. Hence, if any document is presented by the petitioner, the 5th respondent shall examine the same on its own merits on the basis of the revenue record including classification of the land and take necessary steps as per the provisions of the Indian Stamp Act and the Indian Registration Act.
