THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40240 of 2015 ORDER :

Petitioner's grievance is that representations dt.18.08.2015, 21.09.2015 and 29.10.2015 made by the petitioner in regard to illegal closure of certain irrigation channels and release of drain water into petitioner's lands as well as leased lands in Poranki Village, Penamaluru Mandal, Krishna District is pending consideration with the 2nd respondent and that the 2nd respondent should be directed to dispose of the same without a reasonable time.

2. Sri D.Ramesh, Standing Counsel for CRDA appearing for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dt.18.08.2015, 21.09.2015 and 29.10.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
