CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP 22849/2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to produce respondent No.6 before this Court and set her at liberty.

In pursuance of the direction of this Court, respondent No.3 has produced respondent No.6 before this Court. While admitting that she has married the petitioner, respondent No.6, however, stated that due to emotional blackmailing she succumbed to the demand of the petitioner to marry him and that she is voluntarily living with her parents. She expressed her resolve not to join the company of the petitioner. In the light of the views expressed by respondent No.6 as above, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief claimed in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to seek enforcement of his matrimonial rights before appropriate Court of law.

As a sequel to closure of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.28133 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
