Judgment:

This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 07-03-2013, in OS.No.54 of 2008, on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Srikalahasti.

Mr.T.Janardhan Rao, learned Counsel for the appellant, has addressed letter, dated 11-03-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court wherein he

has sought for listing of this Appeal under the caption 'for withdrawal' on the ground that he has received letter, dated 05-03-2015, from the appellant to the effect that both the parties have settled the dispute outside the Court and that, therefore, this Appeal be withdrawn.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the letter received by him from the appellant.

In view of the above, this Appeal is dismissed as settled out of the Court.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Appeal, interim order, dated 25-07-2013, as extended by further orders, is vacated and ASMP.No.1771 of 2013, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
