Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition alleging that representation dt.10.05.2016 made to the 2nd respondent, to promote him as Senior Assistant by applying rule of reservation in promotions to physically handicapped employees as per G.O.Ms.No.42 dt.19.10.2011, has not been disposed by the 2nd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
