HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7318 OF 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is that they have made representation dated 21.01.2017 to the 3rd respondent for removal of encroachers and also for grant of ORC in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.21.01⁄2 in Survey Nos.138/8A, 138/AA1, 179, 188/A, 188/AA and 225, situated at Atkur Village, Madhira Mandal, Khammam District and that the 3rd respondent in turn addressed letter dated 02.02.2017 to the 4th respondent vide Rc.No.A2/563/2017 to submit a report. But, as no action has been taken, till today, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner for grant of ORC only, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 03.03.2017 tk
