Sri P.Yadagiri Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. A letter dated 24.11.2015 is also filed to that effect.

2. Permission is granted and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending , if any, shall stand closed.
