.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein,the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, .order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the notices Dt.04.05.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent for removal of 1st petitioner's residential house and shop bearing D.No.17-92, Neeruganti Street, Anantapur and 2nd petitioner's house of D.No.17-213, Neeruganti Street, Tilak Road, Anantapur as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the notices dated 04.05.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent to the petitioners.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 07-06-2016, 14-062016 & 27-06-2016 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI N ASWARTHA NARAYANA Advocate for the Petitioners, GP for Municipal Administration (AP) for Respondent No.1, GP for Revenue for Respondent No.2 and of Sri S.D.
