HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 4 5 4 1 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Hanamkonda, Warangal District, dated 13.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "One Smt.Krishnaveni, W/ o.Benjamin, aged 29 years/ 4th respondent herein has approached the Police of Women Police Station, Hanamkonda, and lodged a complaint on 15.08.2018 stating that her marriage with Benjamin has taken place about 2 years and she got a baby and later on her parentsin-law (who are the petitioners herein) are harassing her to bring additional dowry and abused her and hence requested to take necessary action against them as per law.

Upon receipt of the said petition, an entry was made into the Station General Diary, after enquiry action will be taken as it is a family dispute. Both parties approached this respondent Police Station on 15.08.2018 and as per their request, held counseling and later they informed the Station House Officer to settle the matter amicably.

In view of the above, no case whatsoever was registered on the complaint of the 4th respondent complainant.

It is pertinent to submit that as of now, no case whatsoever was registered against the petitioners herein on the file of Women Police Station, Hanamkonda, and except for counseling the parties as per the request of the complainant, this

respondent never summoned the petitioners, nor threatened them to foist false cases against them. It is pertinent to submit that as a precautionary measure to prevent the Police from taking any action in the event of registration of any crime in future, the respondents with a malafide intention and only for obtaining orders, filed the present Writ Petition. I humbly submit that no case whatsoever was registered against the petitioners till date and they are not at all required.

I submit that since the dispute of the complainant/ 4th respondent herein as well as the petitioners herein is a family dispute and as per the request of the complainant, counseling was made between the parties and they informed the Police they settled the matter amicably."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Hanamkonda, Warangal District, dated 13.11.2018.
