THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.40192 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to FIR No.232 of 2016 and to quash the same.

The allegations made in the present complaint lodged by the 6th respondent against the petitioner are that on 11.10.2016 at about 11.00 a.m., one Chavakula Satyanarayana (A-1) and the petitioner (A-2) criminally trespassed into the lodge of the 6th respondent, beat him and his son with their hands and also threatened them with dire consequences. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 4 and 5 are acting as per the tunes of the 6th respondent for unknown reasons and harassing the petitioner while summoning to the police station time and again and detaining in the police station since from morning and upto 10.00 p.m.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, respondents 4 & 5 are directed to complete the investigation in FIR No.232 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioner. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ RAJA ELANGO,J Date: 22nd November, 2016 KL
