HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34512 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the representation dated 27.7.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to grant of assignment patta in her favour for the land admeasuring Ac.2.68 cents, situated at Sy.No.307/3 of Atmakur Village, Ulavapadu Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner would indicate that the subject land is a "Vagu" and as such the request of the petitioner, cannot be considered. Learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the same and requested this Court to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 27.7.2018, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, to deal with the representation dated 27.07.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to grant assignment in favour of the petitioner, in respect of the subject land, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, by taking into consideration of the objections raised by the Government, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
