No representation for the petitioner/Accused No.1. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.2 would represent that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed and cognizance was taken by the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, in C.C.No.55 of 2016 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
