This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.2 to A.7, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.8 of 2014 on the file of the Kodad Town Police Station, Nalgonda District. 2 .

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned and a case is registered as C.C.No.458 of 2014. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. However, the petitioners/ A.2 to A.7 are given liberty to work out the remedies available under law. 3 .

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
