HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18927 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and before ordering notice to respondent No.6. From the perusal of the prayer with supporting affidavit and material on record, it is only an interim suspension pending enquiry and enquiry is pending since the impugned proceedings dated 06.04.2017.

Accordingly and in the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of and respondent Nos.3 to 5 are directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the meantime not to make any permanent arrangements. If the enquiry is not completed within the stipulated time, the interim suspension order ceases its force until completion of enquiry. The petitioner is also directed to appear before respondent Nos.3 to 5 on 27.06.2017 without fail, for them to give further date for his continuous appearance and participation.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
