HACJ & ARR, J WA.No.24 of 2017 Dt: 17-04-2019 Judgment: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This appeal is filed against the order dated 16-11-2016, passed by a learned Single Judge, in W.P. No. 36536 of 2016. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that, since the charges framed against the appellant vide Proc. CCT's Ref. No. V2/139/2016 dated 11-07-2016, have been dropped, the appeal has become infructuous. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
