It is stated that pursuant to the representation filed by the petitioners, dated 19-03-2016, notice has been issued to the respondents 5 and 6. Learned counsel for the respondents and states that the respondents 5 and 6 have filed explanation.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, by taking into account the explanation of the respondents 5 and 6 after issuing notice to the petitioners and respondents 5 and 6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
