CVNR,J & DVSS,J C.R.P.No.900 of 2015 30.04.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil revision petition is filed against order, dated 30.01.2015, in E.P.(SR)No.245 of 2015 in Arbitration Case No.463 of 2012 on the file of learned I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, whereby he has returned the E.P. filed by the petitioner for presentation in proper Court.

At hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. Mr.N.Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.8, has submitted that during the pendency of this revision petition, the dispute is settled between the parties outside the Court. 3.

In the light of the above submission, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the C.R.P., C.R.P.M.P.No.1206 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
