This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in CC No.125 of 2010 on the file of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate for Prohibition & Excise, Guntur.

2. Sri M.A.Muqeed, learned counsel representing Sri K. Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this petition, shall stand closed.
