ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.93 of 2015 of Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC and under Section 5 read with Section 56 of A.P.Chit Fund Act, 1965, against the petitioner/accused. 2.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet on appropriate application. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
