Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri K. Raghu Babu, counsel for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation dt.05.09.2018 to 2nd respondent for supply of C.M.R. paddy to the petitioner's rice mill, and contends that the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the same.

Sri K. Raghu Babu, counsel appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation dt.05.09.2018 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation dt.05.09.2018 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
