THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.16240 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.5 and 6 in interfering with the lawful construction of the petitioner College Buildings without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
