THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11750 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the Police Authorities were not taking action on his complaint dated 09.03.2011. The Sub-Inspector of Police, T.Narasapuram Police Station, West Godavari District, furnished written instructions dated 05.06.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home wherein he stated that upon the complaint made by the petitioner, Crime No.23 of 2011 was registered under Sections 427 and 447 I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C. on the file of T.Narasapuram Police Station. However, the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein thereafter compromised the matter under Section 320(8) Cr.P.C. before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court in a Lok Adalat.

In that view of the matter, it is clear that the cause does not survive for consideration in this writ petition and it is accordingly closed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
