JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed questioning order, dated 27.7.2016, in WPMP.No.30819 of 2016 in Writ Petition No.24972 of 2016.

At the hearing, Ms. V.Uma Devi, learned counsel for the appellants, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to the appellants to move the learned single Judge for vacating the interim order impugned in this Writ Appeal.

In view of the same, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal,

WAMP.No.1857 of 2016 filed by the appellants for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
