The case of the petitioner is that she filed appeal before the 2nd respondent under Section 4A(2) of the A.P.Assigned Land (Prohibition of Transfer) Act, 1977, against the order dated Nil.11.2016, passed by the Sub Collector, Vijayawada. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the said appeal, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
