Alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 12.08.2025 in W,P.No.794O of 2024, this Contempt Case is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the orders of this Court have been complied with and therefore, the Contempt Case may be closed 3.

Learned Stalding counsel appearing for Gram Panchayat confirmed the said position and submitted that the findings of

compliance have already been recorded in the order of the writ ( petition dt.22.12.2o25, while closing the writ petition. 4.

In view thereof, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
