This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.488 of 2015 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to any other Court at Visakhapatnam.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
