THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7834 OF 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that she made an application on 14-08-2015 under the provisions of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of her land and that the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 3rd respondent will pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 14-08-2015 in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 14-08-2015 in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
