Both counsel state that by issuing proceedings No.ENC (PH) 4680/CS1/S-I/NTPA/2019 dt.06.08.2019, the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court on 27.07.2017 in W.P.No.24888 of 2017.

In that view of the matter, the contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
