Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner company itself is under liquidation in Company Petition No. 278/7/HDB/2018. Hence, the present Company Petition is closed, leaving it open to the company in liquidation / liquidator to take necessary steps with respect to their claim which is covered in the present Company Petition.
