Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

At the admission stage, the following Order is passed: Having regard to the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranaga Reddy District at Hayathnagar, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.996 of 2014, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this Order.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is allowed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
