When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that a Rowdy Sheet has already been opened by the Police.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner herein to challenge the same, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
