THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.8219 of 2017 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.), came to be filed by the petitioner-A.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.201 of 2017 of Bhogapuram Police Station, Vizianagaram, registered against the petitioner and A.1 for the offences punishable under Sections 270 and 273 of Indian Penal Code, which are bailable in nature.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that in crime No.201 of 2017, the Police have completed the investigation and filed charge sheet on 08.09.2017, before the concerned Court.

In view of said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
