ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.11 of 2015 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Amalapuram, East Godavari District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. Having perused the material on record, it is evident that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings.

4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Amalapuram, to conduct the committal proceedings without insisting on the presence of the petitioner and at the time of committal, the petitioner should execute a bond undertaking that he will appear before the Court below, as and when summons are received. The petitioner is at liberty to avail remedies available to him in the trial Court or Sessions Court.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
