THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13249 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.925 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, the matter was referred as civil in nature.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
