Mr. Srinivas Emani, learned counsel for the petitioner, would inform the Court that he received instructions from the petitioner stating that no cause would survive in the Writ Petition, in view of the developments that have taken place subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
