This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing the appeal vide LRA.No.21 of pending before it, filed against the order dated 19-02-2008 in C.C.No.CH/2531/1075 passed by the 3rd respondent as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioners and affected parties, if any, after affording opportunity of hearing to both parties. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
